In a nail-biting encounter at the Centennial Place Arena on October 2, 2026, the Three Hills Titans were narrowly defeated by the Chestermere Mustangs. The final score was 3-2 in favor of the Mustangs, despite both teams having an equal number of shots on goal.

The Titans and Mustangs both managed to get 3 shots on goal, but the Mustangs proved more clinical in their finishing. The Mustangs’ powerplay was significantly more effective than the Titans’, with a conversion rate of 1/14 compared to the Titans’ 0/5.

The goalkeeping on both sides was less than stellar, with neither team’s goalie managing to save any of the shots they faced. Dean Peterson of the Mustangs and Ryan Roberts of the Titans both faced three shots without making a save.

Quintin Rose of the Mustangs had a notable performance, providing two assists to help his team secure the win. On the Titans’ side, Liraz Perrott was the standout performer, scoring both of the Titans’ goals.

Despite the defeat, the Titans showed promising signs and will be looking to bounce back in their next game. They will be playing at home against Calgary on Saturday, October 3, at 7:30 pm at the Centennial Place Arena. The team will be eager to put this loss behind them and secure a win in their upcoming game.
